"Whoa. It feels wrong to say that Flown 'snuck up on me' because it's too honest a piece of craftsmanship. There's nothing obvious about it, but the pieces fell into place one by one before my eyes, and before I knew it I'd been swept away by something quite marvelous and quite powerful." -Director Andrew Bujalski
