Hi, I am a director and editor living and working in New York City. I tend to take on emotional stories and treat them with a light touch. I also like to be a good host: as a filmmaker I’m always trying to bring audiences into strange new worlds and make them feel at home there. This directing reel includes the Moby-Dick-inspired feature documentary The Act of Reading (2021), my thesis astronaut film Flown (2015), and various commercial work samples.
I also produced a podcast with my friends at Silver Sound, My Phantom Memory with Scott Mikita (2026).
